Join us as we share a bowl of punch made from Charles Dickens' 1847 recipe with Matt Burnett, owner of Wakefield-Scearce Galleries, dealer in the most amazing European Antiques you have likely ever seen for sale. It is the former Science Hill School, 1825-1939, where girls from all over the country received a more comprehensive education than was general offered.
To make this, you will need: Jamaica or otherwise pot distilled rum, Cognac, sugar, lemons, water, nutmeg, fire.
