Joining us this week is a true guest of honor in The Clubmobile, and someone who has truly earned the title of Donut Dollie; Ms. Terry Harmon. Terry is a former Donut Dollie who served with the American Red Cross Supplemental Recreational Organization during the Vietnam War. Nicknamed Donut Dollies, though there wasn't a donut in sight, The SRO division of the American Red Cross was there for the men of the Vietnam War in many of the same ways that Clubmobile Gals were for GI's during the second world war; as moral boosters, friendly faces, and a taste of home. Terry took her cues from her mother who served as a WASP during WWII, stepping up to support her country in its hour of need. We are incredibly thrilled to be sharing this episode with all of you, so grab your coffee and a fresh sinker and join us in The Clubmobile!
